According to N 152 – Federal Law by 27.07.2006 “About Personal Data” the User give consent to process its personal data to web-site administration (WA). The processing of the Personal Data shall be construed as the WA actions/operations with the personal data, including the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification/updating/modification, use, depersonalization, blocking and destruction of any personal data. The consent is giving of the User own free will and in the User interest. The consent is giving for the following purposes:

• Validation of the User personality
• Realization of the User support
• Informing the User about new versions of the Atlas

The following information recognized as generally accessible personal data: surname, first name, e-mail address.

The WA process the Personal Data with the use of automation technologies, without the use of automation technologies, and by using combination of the above models. The WA shall process the Personal Data using data processing methods that ensure confidentiality of the Personal Data, except where the law provides for the contrary.

The User understands the content of actions for processing of personal data and the necessity of its realization and knows its right to abandon an action of consenting. An abandonment can be made by sending a written notice to the WA. This consent is in force from the day of its signing and up to the day of the abandonment of consenting.
